The Challenge

Moochie, a one-year-old brand offering wet food for dogs and cats, faced significant challenges competing with established pet food brands. Despite having six high-quality products, Moochie’s limited budget made it difficult to compete against larger brands with more substantial advertising and marketing resources.  Consequently, with little to no budget for social media, we have had to grow the presence organically. Moochie approached us intending to increase brand visibility, improving product conversions, and maximizing the impact of their limited budget.

Enhanced Moochie’s product listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and targeted keywords. Focused on highlighting the unique benefits of Moochie’s wet foods, such as nutritional value and ingredient quality, to attract and convert potential customers.
Targeted Advertising Campaigns
Implemented cost-effective advertising strategies to maximize Moochie’s budget. Focused on high-conversion keywords, utilized Amazon’s sponsored products and display ads to drive targeted traffic to Moochie’s listings.
Data-Driven Decisions Regularly analyzed advertising performance and customer behavior to refine and optimize campaigns. Leveraged insights from data to allocate budget more efficiently and focus on the most profitable strategies.
Organic Social Media Growth Moochie has an international social media presence, but we needed to start from scratch in the US. This meant looking at competitors within that reach our target market and optimize content based on the data, as well as current trends. 

Results

Our strategic approach significantly improved Moochie’s conversion rates and overall advertising efficiency. The brand saw a noticeable sales and customer engagement increase, contributing to better profitability through an improved TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales). Additionally, Moochie began to see improvements in organic rankings, even with the limited budget. From January to July 2024 we increased the social media presence by 395%, completely organically, by analyzing competitor data and trends.
