Sunsweet, a brand offering Dried Pitted Prunes and Sierra Bites (trail mix in cubes), faced multiple challenges in a competitive market. With over 30 products, they struggled with a limited advertising budget. Long inventory lead times from their warehouse to Amazon FBA warehouses caused stockouts, leading to dropped rankings. Additionally, other sellers offered Sunsweet products at cheaper prices, affecting their market share.

Our Approach

Inventory Management
To address stockout issues and maintain healthy inventory levels, we requested 60 days’ worth of stock for all products. This strategy aimed to ensure consistent availability and prevent ranking drops due to stockouts.
