Service description

Approvals and guardrails

Before work begins, we agree on the access level, routine operating guardrails, and escalation rules for the account. Routine work such as small bid adjustments, negative keyword updates, and reporting may run inside those agreed limits. Budget jumps, campaign pauses, new campaign launches, access or write-permission setup, and out-of-scope changes require explicit approval or escalation before execution.

Client review

Recommendations that are pending, stale, overdue, or outside the agreed guardrails are not treated as approved by silence. They stay in review until the decision is recorded or the recommendation is refreshed against current account data.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are defined in the signed scope or proposal for the engagement. Existing signed agreements retain their written cancellation terms.

Results

We do not guarantee specific ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, sales, rank, savings, profit, or timing. Amazon Ads performance depends on product quality, competition, seasonality, inventory, offer strength, listing conversion, and marketplace dynamics outside our control. Reviews, recommendations, reporting, and account work follow the written scope, available data, agreed cadence, and operating limits.

Access

You maintain ownership of your Amazon Ads account at all times. We access it through advertiser permissions you grant. You may revoke access at any time. We do not store your Amazon password.

Client responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate product, margin, inventory, promotion, and marketplace context. Ads recommendations can be wrong if product economics, catalog state, stock constraints, or business goals are missing or outdated.

Payment

Current fees, currency, billing cadence, taxes, and any unusual complexity or scope change are confirmed in writing before billing. Payment, Amazon access, implementation ownership, and campaign-write authorization are separate steps. Existing signed agreements retain their written commercial terms.

Limitation of liability

Ignitabull Services Inc.'s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for marketplace suspension, algorithm changes, or indirect business losses.
