Terms of Service

These terms describe how Ignitabull works with Amazon sellers on Amazon Ads management, audits, and teardowns.

Service description

• PPC Teardown ($297): A one-time 60-minute call reviewing your Amazon Ads account, with a recorded walkthrough and a priority cleanup list.
• Written Audit ($997): A one-time written report covering wasted spend, structure issues, and a 30-day action plan. Includes a follow-up call.
• Monthly Management ($1,498/mo): Ongoing Amazon Ads campaign review, recommendation preparation, and approved-change execution. Cancel anytime.

Approvals

All campaign changes — bids, budgets, negatives, targeting, structure — require your explicit approval before execution. We prepare recommendations; you decide what gets changed. No silent or automated campaign changes happen without your authorization.

Cancellation

Monthly management may be cancelled at any time with 7 days' notice. There is no long-term contract. If you cancel mid-month, we finish the current review cycle and hand off any pending recommendations.

Results

We do not guarantee specific ACOS, ROAS, or sales outcomes. Amazon Ads performance depends on product quality, competition, seasonality, and marketplace dynamics outside our control. We guarantee a thorough review and clear recommendations.

Access

You maintain ownership of your Amazon Ads account at all times. We access it through advertiser permissions you grant. You may revoke access at any time. We do not store your Amazon password.

Payment

One-time services are billed upfront. Monthly management is billed monthly via Stripe. Payment is required before work begins on new engagements.

Limitation of liability

Ignitabull's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for marketplace suspension, algorithm changes, or indirect business losses.
